With a staff of dedicated and passionate travelers, this is a perfect opportunity to mix business with pleasure and see the world!You’ll be responsible for (but not limited to):Managing a suite of trips related or including swimming as a key inclusions for motivated clients with varied motivations for including their passion on their adventuresSupporting clients with sales requests - for group and private itineraries - including designing and customizing the perfect trip and experienceLiaising with ground operators in each area on itineraries, costs, quality controls, private groups and positive impact projectsWriting trip copy for inclusion in brochures/websiteWriting trip notes and pre departure information for each tripAssessing feedback from client questionnaires and responding to sameTrouble shootingProduct comparisonsEnsuring trips in the field operate to the highest environmental and safety standards, including deliberate and considered choice of accommodationCreating ground breaking itineraries which satisfy our travellers thirst for adventurerecruiting, training and developing the next phase of group leaders and swim guides, sometimes in the local and regional countries we run and design our programs.
