Right at Home Southern NSW provides high-quality in-home care and assistance to our valued clients across Southern NSW. We are seeking a highly motivated, professional, proactive person who can demonstrate our Core Values to join our local team in Wagga and provide clinical guidance and oversight to our Care Coordination team as well as managing your own client case load.
The position will report to the Company Directors and will be responsible for:
* Providing clinical guidance and support to our Care Coordination Team
* Supporting, mentoring, and building the knowledge of our Care Coordination team through clinical expertise
* Managing the care of our clients within your case load
* Ensuring a high level of staff and client satisfaction through a measured approach
* Having a contemporary approach to Home Care
* Displaying and promoting our core values
Minimum Requirements:
* Registered Nurse with an unrestricted AHPRA registration
* 3 years demonstrated experience managing patient/client care
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to perform and prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to utilise a range of software applications including MAC OS and Office suite
* Strong focus on both team culture and delivery of quality client services
* Current Australian Federal Police Check
* Current NSW Working with Children's Check
* Able to assist with the "on-call" duties on a rostered basis
