Job Description

We are seeking a Scheduling & Bookkeeping Administrator in Perth to manage job booking, staff coordination, billing, and office administration.

Responsibilities:


• Handle A/R & A/P, cash sheets, deposits, and monthly statements

• Process and maintain inventory of parts and service vehicles

• Create and send invoices and billing

• Answer phones, and provide customer service

• Book Hydro and ESA inspections

• Maintain office presentation and cleanliness

Requirements:

• Accounting experience required, specifically in A/R

• Payroll experience is an asset

• Use Word & Excel

• Experience with Sage 50 system is an asset but not required

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Self-motivated, able to follow up and ask questions independently

• Ability to identify inefficiencies and improve processes
