As an Employment Officer, you will attract and engage host employers, recruit quality candidates, and provide ongoing mentoring to apprentices and trainees to support successful completion of their training contracts. You’ll manage a caseload, oversee rotations, maintain compliance, and build strong networks with schools, industry, and community partners to promote career pathways.

Key responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong host employer relationships across multiple industries
* Promote services and achieve placement and sales targets
* Source, interview, assess and shortlist candidates
* Provide career coaching, advice and interview preparation
* Represent Smart at expos, schools, and industry events
* Manage a caseload and conduct performance reviews and site visits
* Complete all contracts, support and encourage a safe working environment and monitor training progress.
* Provide high-quality service to hosts, apprentices, schools and stakeholders
