PCYC NSW is looking for a committed and energetic Gymnastics Program Leader to help grow our successful gymnastics program at PCYC Goulburn.
Full Time position available at PCYC Goulburn$***** per hour

About the role
As a Gymnastics Program Leader, you'll lead a vibrant and supportive gymnastics team, ensuring all programs are fun, progressive, and athlete centred.
You will role model and uphold the PCYC core values of Respect, Commitment, Resilience, Integrity, and Citizenship in every aspect of your leadership.
With the guidance of the Club and Gymnastics Managers, your role will involve:
Training, supporting and developing gymnastics coaches to continually grow their knowledge and capability
Coordinating and delivering gymnastics classes across a broad program, including Kindergym, Artistic Gymnastics, TeamGym, Trampolining and Parkour
Leading internal grading events and contributing actively to PCYC competitions
Ensuring coaching quality, safety standards, and child-centred practices remain of the highest standard
Innovating new programs and actively promoting them to boost participation and retention
Evaluating program outcomes and continually improving delivery

About You
We are looking for an experienced and motivated gymnastics coach who:
Has demonstrated coaching and program leadership experience within gymnastics
Brings a strong track record of working with young people and leading coaching teams
Is a positive team player who can also work independently
Has the flexibility to work afternoons, evenings, school holidays, and some weekends
Can obtain a Working With Children Check and National Police Check
