About this role
The Front of House Team Lead is responsible for leading the administrative functions associated with the day-to-day operation of the Front of House Teams, enhancing the overall workplace experience. This role focuses on delivering the highest standards of service while ensuring spaces operate at maximum efficiency and productivity.

What you'll be doing
* Lead and manage the Front of House team, including overseeing rosters, leave requests, and ensuring appropriate staffing levels to meet business needs.
* Coordinate onboarding and provide ongoing support by maintaining effective training systems to ensure staff capability and performance.
* Maintain and update standard operating procedures including key operational tasks, including opening/closing, booking processes, visitor management, switchboard, customer service standards, and back of house.
* Identify opportunities to improve and optimise Front of House services and operational efficiency.
* Manage purchasing and invoicing for Front of House operations, including catering vendors, ensuring accuracy of charges and timely payment and cost recovery.
* Deliver end‑to‑end event management, from initial client engagement through planning, budgeting, scheduling works, and coordinating with stakeholders and contractors.
* Support and collaborate with the broader Workplace Experience Team and other stakeholders (including eHealth unified communications and AV teams, building management, security, and cleaning) to achieve priorities within required timeframes.
