THE ROLE
As a Personal Trainer, you'll step into a club with a strong, engaged member base ready to be guided and supported. In this role, you'll deliver safe, results‐driven training while creating meaningful connections with members. You'll have the autonomy to make a real impact on people's health and fitness journeys. Your key responsibilities include:
* Delivering personalised training sessions that motivate and challenge members
* Creating a positive and engaging environment for clients to thrive
* Building strong relationships with members to foster a sense of community
* Proactively seeking opportunities to enhance member experiences

* Police Check
* Working with Children Check
ABOUT YOU
You're a dedicated fitness professional with a desire to inspire others. You bring:
* A friendly, approachable personality that helps members feel comfortable and supported
* Strong communication skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and guide individuals of all fitness levels
* Experience in Personal Training with a focus on delivering quality, results‐driven sessions
* A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping members improve their wellbeing
* A proactive approach to engaging with members on the gym floor
* Reliability, professionalism, and consistency in your work
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive club culture
* High integrity and a strong focus on member safety and experience
