The Circuit Protection, and Controls (CPC) Division at Eaton Electrical reflects a long tradition of creating solutions that enhance electrical safety and efficient power distribution solutions for data centre, renewables, commercial buildings, industry, mining and infrastructure. Our products include circuit protection, automation, switchboards systems, fuse gear and many other low voltage products.

We are looking for a driven and passionate Territory Manager to join our Team. You will be based in Perth and report to the National Sales Manager, CPC Components. As a Territory Manager you will grow and maintain business across Electrical Wholesalers, Distributors, Board Builders, OEMs, Contractors, and End-Users located in the metro and some regional areas Perth and broader Western Australia.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced candidate who enjoys business development and account management. We are looking for someone who is not afraid to present and engage with a diverse range of stakeholders and can provide solutions to customers based on their business needs.

We are also open to candidates based in Kalgoolie, Port Hedland, Broome or other regional areas outside of Perth.


Key Duties:

* Develop a Territory plan that maximizes time verse effort and delivers profitable sales
* Identify and target new customers and opportunities to achieve growth targets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customer base
* Strengthen Eaton's product and brand awareness in the market
* Understand products, market segments and competitive positioning to provide input into strategic growth initiatives and business planning
* Respond to customer enquiries with high level of customer service
* Educate customers on Eaton's product offering and value proposition via tradeshows, industry events, lunch and learns etc
* Provide quotes in conjunction with approved pricing structures
* Work in a team environment to achieve individual sales targets for the Territory
* Work in a team environment to collectively achieve national sales and profitability targets
* Liaise closely with customers and internal departments to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience


Qualifications:

* At least 3 years of experience in a sales role preferably a mix of business development and account management.
* Electrical knowledge, Electrical trade (preferred)
* High level of technical and product application experience in automation or power distribution.
* Sales Experience
