The infrastructure division's responsibility is to strategically plan and deliver the organisation's wide security and systems, lifecycle facility and asset management, real estate services, fleet services, as well as priority, major and minor infrastructure project development and delivery. They have a collaborative and solution-focused culture.
Your new role
You will oversee a $100M + annual infrastructure program, including constructi9on scheduling, asset lifecycle planning, and budget management.
Additional accountabilities:
* Provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of services across HR, finance, procurement, and governance.
* Develop and implement frameworks for task sequencing, risk identification, and delivery oversight across all functional areas.
* Formulate complex documentation including briefing notes, business cases, and reports
* Foster stakeholder success by building strong internal and external networks, ensuring delivery alignment and service agility.
What you'll need to succeed
* Extensive experience in senior business services, ideally within construction or project delivery environments.
* Strong knowledge of infrastructure, asset management, and financial planning frameworks.
* Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to write complex reports, business cases, and briefing notes.
* Relevant qualifications in Business, Commercial, Project Management, Construction Management, or similar
* Government procurement and document management credentials.
