About This Role
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee daily showroom operations, manage staff rostering, forecasting, and resource planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, leading high-performing teams, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily showroom operations, ensuring smooth delivery of products and services to customers
* Manage staff rostering, forecasting, and resource planning to meet business needs
* Lead sales strategies that align with business values, drive performance, and exceed minimum operating standards
* Develop and implement processes to improve efficiencies, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in managing high-volume retail environments
* Proven ability to analyze financial data, investigate opportunities for improvement, and make informed decisions
* Goal-driven, organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), with experience in using systems such as POS/EFTPOS/NETO
* Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, with a strong understanding of visual merchandising and customer service principles
