Discover more at www.architectus.com.au About the Role Vivid are seeking a Project BIM Manager to join Architectus Health sector team in Brisbane. In this role, you will collaborate with architects and health planners on large-scale hospital projects, overseeing BIM and digital processes from inception to delivery. Key responsibilities include: Managing BIM execution on major health projects, including planning and coordination. Setting up and maintaining project databases in dRofus, ensuring seamless integration with Revit. Contributing to project documentation and developing Revit packages for various project stages. Coordinating digital outputs with teams and using clash detection workflows. Providing day-to-day BIM support and coaching to project teams. Collaborating with national Digital and BIM leaders to refine standards and processes. Assisting with federated models and data extracts for clients and contractors. Innovating digital delivery processes within the Health sector. Salary Associate Level - exceptional salary package on offer. About You Vivid are looking for an experienced BIM professional who excels in leading complex projects and thrives at the intersection of design and technology. You will bring: Significant experience as a BIM Coordinator or Manager on major projects, preferably in health. Advanced Revit skills and experience in producing coordinated documentation. Solid understanding of dRofus and its integration with Revit. Proven track record in project documentation across multiple stages. Familiarity with BIM standards such as ISO 19650. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Tertiary qualification in Architecture or a related field.
