This position is critical to the smooth operation of the community association. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders, contractors,& compliance teams in a dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate should have strong budgeting skills, excellent communication abilities and be able to manage multiple priorities efficiently. The role requires minimal supervision allowing for significant autonomy while ensuring accountability for all responsibilities.
We aim to find someone who can take ownership of their work with little guidance required resulting in efficient execution of tasks on time always.
This individual must possess organisational skills that enable them to stay on top of numerous projects simultaneously without being told what needs doing by others every step along the way
