Office Administrator – Pakenham, Victoria
Be the backbone of our Pakenham office.
Shadbolt Group is a national engineering, fabrication and manufacturing business working across Defence, Energy and Infrastructure. We’re looking for a proactive and organised Office Administrator to keep things running smoothly and support our growing team.
What you’ll do
- Be the first point of contact – welcoming visitors, clients and staff with professionalism.
- Coordinate staff accommodation bookings and records.
- Manage office supplies, deliveries, PPE and inventory – keeping the workplace safe and efficient.
- PPE distribution to new employees.
- Support Projects with timesheet collection and data entry.
- Assist with general admin tasks, meetings, and onboarding new starters.
What you’ll bring
- Previous admin (accommodation coordination experience a bonus).
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills – you thrive in a busy environment.
- Professional communication skills and the ability to liaise with staff, suppliers and clients.
- Competence with Microsoft Office Suite and general office systems.
- Strong data entry and reporting skills.
