Workforce Development Specialist
This role presents a unique opportunity to shape the learning culture of an organisation, driving systems and structures that empower staff to thrive. Reporting to the Business Services Executive Manager, you will oversee the launch and implementation of a new Learning & Development Framework.
Key responsibilities include working with executive leaders to identify workforce gaps and build capability pathways, coordinating training needs analysis and individual learning plans for every staff member, managing and optimising our ELMO Learning Management System, designing and delivering onboarding, induction and cultural orientation programs, overseeing clinical credentialing and competency programs, using data and feedback to evaluate, report and continuously improve L&D outcomes, and championing a positive, collaborative, reflective learning culture across all teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar learning and development, workforce capability or related field.
* Exposure to managing learning systems, planning programs or coordinating training events.
* A knack for turning chaos into clarity and spreadsheets into strategy.
* A genuine drive to build people up and support their success.
* Cultural awareness and a commitment to safe, respectful, inclusive practice.
