NNSWLHD Staff Specialist in General Medicine | Lismore
Location: Lismore Base Hospital
Responsibilities
Provide contemporary comprehensive specialist general medicine services at the primary facility and other applicable facilities for optimal patient outcomes, delivering a healthy community through quality care. Provide clinical leadership, participate in quality improvement activities, and provide training and education to clinicians across multiple disciplines to achieve quality education and safe clinical practice.
Essential Qualifications
Eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia as a Specialist General Medicine Physician and/or specialist international medical pathways or MBA Registration in another Physician specialty with appropriate documented advanced training, and/or experience and recency of practice in General Medicine.
