About The Role
This position serves as the first point of contact for new Motor Fleet claims, handling inquiries and guiding customers through the claim lifecycle. High-volume inbound and outbound calls require professionalism, efficiency, and empathy in a fast-paced team environment.

Requirements:
We are seeking an experienced call centre professional with exposure to commercial and retail insurance, complaints, and motor fleet claims. Key skills include:
* Strong communication skills, able to manage high call volumes and build effective relationships with brokers and customers using digital tools and systems.
* Detail-oriented and organized, able to interpret complex information, ensure accuracy across systems, and manage Product Disclosure Statements (PDS).
* Adaptable and tech-savvy, with a passion for leveraging emerging technologies and continuous professional development.
