The Role
This entry-level, hands-on role is perfect for someone who loves fixing things and learning on the job. You'll be trained to:
Perform water filter changes and scheduled maintenance
Service and repair boiling & chilled water appliances, including Zip and Billi systems
Carry out basic fault-finding, swap-outs and component replacements
Use hand tools safely and effectively for day-to-day tasks
Record job notes, parts used and outcomes in our service system
Deliver friendly, professional customer service on site
Follow safe work practices (electrical awareness and PPE)
About You
You don't need formal qualifications—we'll provide full training. You are:
Interested in fixing things and how equipment works
Good with hand tools (drivers, pliers, cutters, etc.)
Electrically aware—comfortable working safely around powered appliances (electrical understanding is a benefit)
A practical problem-solver with attention to detail
Reliable, organised and friendly with customers
Comfortable working on site, sometimes in tight spaces
