Your New Role
Working closely with the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for a broad range of accounting and administrative duties, including:
* Processing accounts payable and receivable
* Trust account reconciliations (experience highly regarded)
* Daily banking and receipting
* Assisting with month‐end reporting
* Managing invoices, statements, and supplier queries
* Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks

What You'll Need to Succeed
* Previous experience in an accounts or finance support role
* Exposure to legal or professional services environments is advantageous.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office
