We are seeking energetic, focused, and passionate individuals to join our team as a Casual Sales Assistant. This role is rostered across Thursday to Sunday at minimum with varying shift times.
As a Sales Assistant, your mission is to provide exceptional customer service that creates a memorable shopping experience and a lasting positive connection to our brand. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a brand ambassador, always showing positivity and professionalism
- Gaining and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge to best assist our customers
- Providing personalized 1:1 customer service
- Assisting customers with all queries and processing sales
- Working in collaboration with the wider Management and store team to achieve KPIs and targets
- Supporting the wider team with ad hoc tasks, including VM set up, store cleanliness, and presentation
- Escalating any customer complaints to management
- Consistently completing any mandatory training relevant to product, policy, and procedure
We are looking for individuals with customer service experience within retail, hospitality, or a similar industry. You should be passionate about sports fashion, have a positive can-do attitude, and be able to work as a team.
