With continuous growth and exciting new projects set for 2025 and beyond across Western Australia, our client is seeking a dedicated and experiencedCivil Project Managersto join their team.This position will oversee site operations on a 3-4 month project, with opportunities for ongoing work on subsequent projects with an2:1 or 8:6 roster.The Role:As a Project Managers,you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations on site, ensuring all activities are carried out in line with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines. Your responsibilities will include:Establishing and maintaining client relationships, ensuring you have effective communication with site personnel, contractors and suppliers across the projectLead and manage the project in line with the safety and quality guidelines, making sure there are no cost overruns and timelines are adhered toTake ownership ofbudgets, programming and contract management, and the ability to adapt to change in a dynamic environment.Work with the project engineers and supervisors to ensure any issues that arise throughout the project are managed in effective and timely mannerProject 1:Haul road and access road upgrade – Commencing early AprilProject 2:Site rehabilitation project – Commencing late AprilRequirements:Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager in the civil construction or mining sectorsProven experience in Bulk Earthworks, Rehabilitation, and Culvert worksSound knowledge of site management, HSE regulations, and compliance standardsDemonstrated ability to lead and coordinate large teams and resources effectivelyProficient in Procore, Hammertech, and MSO software suitesTertiary qualification in Civil or Mechanical EngineeringPrevious project management experience on projects valued between $20–$30 millionStrong leadership, organisational, and team-building capabilitiesExcellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skillsValid Australian Driver’s LicenseS26 training (mandatory)Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screeningAustralian Permanent Residency or appropriate work rightsRTIO or BHP induction (preferred)Commitment to the full duration of the projectWhat We Offer:Competitive hourly rate:$105 p/hFIFO – Site Based | 2:1 or 8:6Project Duration:3-4 months, with additional projects lined up afterwardMobilization Date:May / April 2025FIFO flights fromPerth onlyHow to Apply:If you're ready to take the next step in your career and make a real impact on exciting civil construction and mining projects, we’d love to hear from you!
