Job Summary:
The Recover at Work Partner plays a pivotal role in supporting employees through work and non-work related case management. This position requires providing guidance, coaching, and technical advice to promote successful rehabilitation and return to work strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement early intervention claims management strategies to address work-related and non-work-related injuries/incidents.
2. Design and monitor personalized plans for claims lodged with insurers, adhering to legislative timeframes.
3. Identify and mitigate barriers to sustainable recovery by gathering relevant medical information.
4. Maintain regular communication with injured employees, managers, insurers, doctors, RTW specialists, and other stakeholders involved in the claim.
Requirements: To excel in this role, you will need at least 3 years' experience in injury and workers' compensation management, current Return to Work Coordinator (RTWC) certification, and tertiary qualifications in Injury Management or Health and Safety are highly desirable.
