About the Role
- Work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen, rotate through the outlets to keep learning and progressing.
- Operate within a structured, professional environment with strong culinary systems.
- Manage your section and support the Sous and Head Chefs in delivering consistent, high-quality dishes.
- Maintain strict adherence to HACCP and food safety standards
- Rotating roster including evenings and weekends.
About You
- Previous experience at a minimum Chef de Partie in a busy, high-volume venue. Would also suit junior sous chefs
- Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery - essential
- Full working rights in Australia - essential
- Strong understanding of HACCP procedures and food safety compliance
- A passion for the culinary industry and a commitment to continuous learning
- Experience in grill or pizza sections highly regarded; exposure to functions or events a bonus
