You're role at St John of God
The purpose of this position is to provide a high standard of internal and external communications, media relations, public relations and marketing services to the division that enhances and supports the position and profile of St John of God Accord.
The Position
Strategic Focus
- Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies that supports the Strategic and Operational Plans across two St John of God divisions, Accord and Marillac.
- Develop and maintain a Marketing & Events calendar, to support the marketing and communication strategies.
- Provide functional and advisory support to the CEO and Accord Executive Committee identifying marketing priorities.
Executing Marketing & Communication Plans and Strategies
- Manage the development, design, production and distribution of internal and external marketing and communications material, and social media platforms for Accord and Marillac as required, all within agreed timeframes, budget and quality.
- Manage the websites for Accord and Marillac, maintaining a current and quality content
- Supporting the leadership team to prepare for, and attend, relevant industry events, forums, expos, conferences, education setting open day & expos, in line with Marketing & Events Calendar.
Team Management

You will have experience in writing & production management of communication materials including videos, social media content, digital content, speech notes, presentations and website content. This position will require you to have exceptional written & communication skills, excellent interpersonal and time management skills, and strong leadership qualities.
To succeed you will have demonstrated experience managing digital presence, including developing content for websites and social media. All applicants must be eligible for a NDIS Screening clearance.
