This role is based onsite at our Arundel Multi Service Centre with occasional travel to our head office in Upper Mount Gravatt.About the RoleAs our Client Relations Manager, you will be the face of AQ's home care services building strong relationships with clients, supporting seamless onboarding, and ensuring care plans are delivered with compassion and excellence.
Your key responsibilities will be proactively identifying and cultivating business growth opportunities, fostering strong partnerships and driving revenue.
This will be done by collaborating with various stakeholders to develop and implement strategies for growth.
The Client Relations Manager will also assist with the upcoming transition from Home Care Program to the recent Support at Home Program from 1 November 2025.In addition to the business growth management, there will be HCP case coordination including providing in-home assessments, referrals, care plan reviews and budgets.What You'll Be DoingEngage new clients and facilitate smooth transitions into the Support at Home programMaintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and quality outcomesCoordinate timely assessments, care plans, and goal setting tailored to individual needsOversee client budgets, ensuring funds are appropriately utilised and compliant with Department guidelinesSupport and lead a care team to ensure services are delivered effectively and respectfullyCollaborate with internal teams to ensure operational and regulatory complianceRespond to client inquiries, manage changes in care needs, and ensure prompt service deliveryAbout YouExtensive knowledge of the home care standards, understanding of the commonwealth home support and consumer directed care programsStrong client relationship management and interpersonal skillsProven experience in consumer directed care and budget managementDiploma or higher qualification in aged care, community services, health, or a related fieldClient-focused mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skillsCurrent driver's licence and access to an insured motor vehicleNational Police Check (or ability to obtain)Why Join AQ?
