Responsibilities
Prepare, edit and formata variety of document types both according to templates and developing newdocuments
Proactivelyanticipate upcoming needs and manage workflow to ensure work is completed to the highest standard, on time, every time
Develop, review and maintain templates across the range oftasks
Support the team with research and present findings
Monitor multiple email accounts and prepare email responses for team members
Monitor multiple calendars and create events and invites for team members
Assist with developing and posting social media updates
Assist with preparing and circulating event flyers
Prepare meeting agendas in advance, record & prepare detailed meeting minutes
