Working in both Domestic and Commercial sectors, we offer a broad range of glass and glazing services including Commercial Shopfronts, Residential Hack-outs, Partitions, Splash-backs, Glass balustrades, Glass shower-screens, Mirrors and more.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
* Confident in measuring, cutting glass, caulking glass and perimeters
* Must be able to read and understand architectural plans; specifications and schedules if required
* Know and understand building and construction methods, materials, and tools
* Safely install, repair, and replace glass in windows, curtain walls, skylights, and other structures at elevated locations
* Adhere to and enforce strict safety protocols and guidelines, prioritizing the well-being of the team
* Facilitate effective communication and coordination within the team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
* Ability to adapt to new systems and learn quickly
* Must have well developed organization and time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
* Ability to follow OH&S standards
* A team player with excellent customer service skills

* Punctual with High Attendance
* Attendance of Site Meetings
Skills & Experience
* MUST be Trade Qualified
* MUST hold a drivers licence
* Must hold a White Card and EWP Cards
* Experienced in both domestic and commercial glazing
* Proficiency in measuring, cutting, and installing glass in challenging settings
* Familiarity with specialized tools and equipment used in high-risk glazing projects
