Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tradesman, located in Brisbane City, QLD. The Tradesman will be responsible for performing tasks in construction, installation, and rectification of building facades. Daily responsibilities may include assembling and installing glass, aluminum, or other facade materials, ensuring precision and adherence to safety standards, and collaborating with team members to meet project timelines. Additionally, the role involves inspecting and diagnosing issues as well as carrying out repair work with exceptional craftsmanship.
Qualifications
* Experience in glass, aluminum, carpentry, plastering, and/or waterproofing
* Ability to perform detailed and precision-focused installation and repair work
* Strong understanding of safety protocols and industry standards
* Proficiency in using construction tools, equipment, and reading technical drawings
* Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Physically fit and capable of working on scaffolding, ladders, and in other challenging conditions
* Relevant trade certification or equivalent work experience is preferred
* Knowledge of facade systems or previous experience in facade installation is a plus
