We have branches nationally servicing Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia, Western Australia and the Northern Territory.
We offer a competitive Annual Salary and the opportunity of a full-time Monday to Friday, permanent position within a stable company that believes in long term relationships. The successful applicant will be an integral part of the team, and will be required to be motivated, energetic, and have a high attention to detail.
Responsibilities, including but not limited to,
* Receive sales enquiries over phone, email and sales counter and follow up with quotes and pricing enquiries
* Contribute to the customer service team by assisting other sales staff and warehouse staff
* Accurately enter sales, picking slips and invoices into the computer system
* Arrange credits for incorrect pricing and returned goods at point of sale; identify reason for credit and rectify problems to eliminate future credits
* Ensure sufficient levels of stock are available and advise purchasing department of stock requirements
* Adhere to the company safety and quality standards
* Manual handling
About You - Skills and Experience:
* Current drivers' license and own reliable transport
* Forklift license desirable
* Experience in the Industrial Fittings and Hydraulics or similar background preferred
* On-The-Job training will be provided
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High attention to detail and solid organisation skills
* Participate as a willing and productive member of the team
* Good computer skills
