Senior Graphic Designer
We are looking for a visually-driven, innovative Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. You’ll be responsible for taking complex ideas and turning them into high-impact visual stories across digital and print platforms. From conceptualizing brand identities to executing pixel-perfect digital ads, your work will define how our audience sees us Key Responsibilities
Visual Storytelling: Design original content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and print collateral that aligns with brand guidelines.Brand Evolution: Assist in the development and maintenance of brand identity systems, including typography, color palettes, and iconography.Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Copywriting, and Product teams to translate strategic goals into effective creative solutions.Project Management: Manage multiple projects from initial mood boards to final production-ready assets, ensuring all deadlines are met.Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of design trends, new tools, and industry best practices to keep our creative output fresh and competitive Qualifications & SkillsExperience: 4+ years of professional design experience (Agency or In-house).Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in layout, typography, and color theory.Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with Figma or Sketch is a major plus.Technical Knowledge: Understanding of prepress requirements for print and optimization standards for digital/web.Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback with a \"growth mindset.\"
