Aussie Powersports is a fast-growing Australian distributor and manufacturer of ATV, UTV and side-by-side accessories. As our product range and in-house manufacturing continues to grow, we're looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our Charters Towers team.
This is a hands-on role combining warehouse operations with product fitting and testing. If you enjoy practical work and being part of a good team that takes pride in quality and efficiency, this role is for you.

About the Role
In this role, you'll be responsible for all Warehosue Operations with the support of a small team to make the magic happen A versatile role, this position will also include assistance to the R&D team completing test fitting of new products, developing instruction sheets, project builds, warranty reviews and basic technical assistance to customers for ATV, UTV and SXS products.

Key Responsibilities
* Schedule and oversee warehouse team
* Support and partake in picking and packing freight
* Receipting and unloading incoming stock and container deliveries
* Review and prepare workflows, space allocations, equipment layouts, and action plans
* Regular stock take and rotation
* Resolve order issues, discrepancies or stock variances in a timely manner.
* Maintain high standards of workplace safety, enforcing WHS policies and procedures at all times.
* Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general equipment maintenance
* General warehouse maintenance
* Perform product testing as required to ensure functionality
* Conduct test fitting of parts and accessories to verify compatibility and quality.
* Potential for training in 3D scanning and basic product development for interested candidate

About You
You're reliable, practical, and take pride in doing things properly. You enjoy hands-on work, where no two days are the same.
You will ideally have:
* A strong work ethic and dependable attitude
* Flexible for some early starts when stock arrives (7/7:30am)
* Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Physical fitness for warehouse outdoor work
* Experience in warehousing
* Confidence using hand and power tools
* Basic computer skills
* A willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks

Requirements
* Manual Driver's Licence (no restrictions)
* Forklift Licence (or willingness to obtain)
* Ability to work safely in a warehouse and moving stock
