**Back Office Administrator**
Flower Power is Australia's largest retail Garden Centre & Lifestyle group with 10 retail stores across Sydney. We grow, import & sell a diverse range of products such as plant-life, landscape materials, outdoor furniture, home-wares and gift-wares at our Centres.
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Back Office Admin to join the Penrith retail team on a part-time basis.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Induction & on-boarding of new team members.
- Assisting with daily tasks, such as signage, laminating, name badges, barcodes etc.
- Daily banking including, reporting, register reconciliation, bank deposits and change orders.
- Responsibility for maintaining invoicing, purchase orders, stock transfers, supplier returns and stock adjustments.
- Maintaining sufficient levels of stationary and office supplies and ordering in accordance with Flower Power policies and procedures.
- Assist with rostering and payroll of the store.
**About You**:

- 3+ years' experience in office administration.
- All-round clerical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Great organisational abilities.
- Experience in a retail office environment would be an advantage.
- Experience in managing the flow of office work with store managers.
