About the Role
We're looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to champion our existing product suite and drive new features for web, mobile, and stand-alone products in the childcare space. You'll manage the full design process end-to-end, working closely with product and engineering to deliver software that people love.
What You'll Do
* Champion current systems and drive new features across applications
* Produce user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI in Figma
* Build and maintain a consistent design system
* Implement designs with HTML/CSS (JavaScript & React, Angular, or Vue a bonus)
* Validate and refine designs through usability testing, and A/B
* Translate business and technical requirements into intuitive, user-friendly solutions
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery
