WA Premix is currently recruiting for a Labourer to work at our Spearwood Batch Plant. About The Role This role will be based at Spearwood Batch Plant. You will report to the plant supervisor, assisting with the maintenance of the plant, equipment and upkeep of the concrete batch plant maintaining a clean and presentable state. The successful candidate may be trained in the running of WA Premix wet batch plants. Key Responsibilities Basic maintenance of the plant Maintain general housekeeping to ensure a clean and safe work environment. Remove residual concrete from the mixing vessel or drum using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions. Use high-pressure hoses or air compressors to clean hard-to-reach areas. Follow all safety protocols while cleaning confined spaces. Report any damage or maintenance requirements to supervisors. Skills and Competencies MUST HAVE Valid Australian Driver’s License Forklift license will be highly regarded Excellent organisational and time management skills Excellent people skills to co-operatively work and liaise with the team.
