About the Role
Jadestone Energy are seeking a Production & Maintenance Supervisor to join the Stag CPF. This position reports to the facility's Offshore Installation Manager and is responsible for coordinating all the daily production and maintenance activities on the facility. The role will aim to maximise production with minimum downtime of plant and equipment in the safest, most environmentally sound, and cost-effective manner.
Key Accountabilities
* Manage and deploy employees safely, efficiently, and effectively.
* Work with employees to ensure leadership, training, development, and competencies for individual positions skills matrices are met. Also provide mentoring to production personnel and trainees.
* Manage and monitor the permit to work system within the facility and associated platforms.
* Understand and apply legislative requirements pertaining to safety standards including the Jadestone Safety Management System and other Jadestone Safety Manuals, Policies, and Procedures.
* Understand, comply, and promote the Jadestone Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Policies and Plans.
* Develop HSE procedures as required and in conjunction with the HSE Department.
* Understand, comply, and promote incident response plans, including participation in training/exercises.
* Plan and monitor day to day production and liaise with maintenance to maximise plant availability and reliability.
* Ensure equipment vendors and contractors are aware of and follow Jadestone's safety standards and procedures.
* Daily reporting of production rates and operational activities.
* Develop and manage operations budget, demonstrate financial control and accurate forecasting.
* Coordinate movement and activities of Jadestone and contract personnel within production facilities.
* Ensure all aspects of production and maintenance activities are clearly communicated to peer group and production personnel.
Formal Qualifications
* Cert IV in Process Plant Operations
* Cert IV in Frontline Management (preferred)
* Cert IV in Project Management (preferred)
Experience, Skills, and Knowledge
* 10+ years in the hydrocarbon industry
* Strong leadership skills in field operations and safety management.
* Comprehensive knowledge of oil and gas processing together with offshore or remote location experience in a multi-skilled environment.
* Integrity and strong business ethics.
* Good written and verbal communications.
* Strong self-motivational skills.
* Well-developed organisational skills.
* Ability to handle pressure in an emergency.
* Experience in procedure development and writing.
* Ability to work in and foster a team environment.
