Product Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead the implementation process of client products and services. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for delivering new or upgrading existing products.
Your primary focus will be on project planning and scheduling, working closely with Design and Architecture teams to represent the product vision in planning sessions.
You will be involved in key milestones, major stakeholders in sprint reviews and weekly demos, leading customer-facing Early Adopter conversations and developing strategic launch plans with cross-functional teams.

About the Role:
* Lead the implementation process of client products and services
* Work across cross-functional teams to deliver new or upgrade existing products
* Participate in project planning and scheduling
* Represent the product vision in planning sessions with Design and Architecture teams
* Involved in key milestones and sprint reviews
* Develop strategic launch plans with cross-functional teams
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of experience/proficiency or a combination of education and experience
* Experience in presenting to multiple layers of a company, including executives
* Strong understanding of software development processes, technologies, and methodologies
* Experience being involved in the sales cycle and conducting customer interviews
* Outstanding written and oral communication skills
* Proven ability to plan and deliver products in an agile environment
* Demonstrable ability to gather and transform product feedback into actionable requirements
Desired:
* Advanced knowledge of Agile principles
* Advanced knowledge of commercial, small business banking, treasury, consumer space in relation to both processes and regulations
* Experience with loan origination software/technology
