We're looking for someone who can lead pre-sales and proposal activities, ensuring high-quality tenders, CRM tracking, and alignment with customer expectations.
Candidates should possess strong collaboration skills to execute sales plans, review performance with P&L owners, and represent the company at industry events.
An ideal candidate will have a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships by securing trust, promoting long-term partnerships, and delivering tailored solutions.
The successful candidate will be able to champion the customer experience through technical presentations, feedback surveys, and prioritizing long-term relationships over short-term gains.
A degree in Computer / Electrical / Electronic / Mechatronic / Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline is required. Minimum five-year industrial sales experience with various forms of electrical engineering, automation, and control systems engineering is essential.
Demonstrated experience in reaching and exceeding sales targets is necessary. Exceptional written and oral communication skills are also required.
Desirable Experience and Skills:
A strong understanding of PLC/SCADA systems, telemetry, and RTU's, industrial communications, network design, and development is desirable.
Extensive experience in solution selling based on the Schneider, Rockwell, Siemens, or Ignition platforms is beneficial.
Sales, Marketing, or Business related qualifications at the Diploma level are advantageous.
