The Job Description
* As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing high-level advisory and issue resolution services to our clients.
* You will perform high-level administrative tasks and duties, including generating and maintaining appropriate records and documentation.
* You will offer guidance on queries and interpret customer information, ensuring that all interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner.
* You will undertake information and records management processes, updates and reviews, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience dealing with high-volume calls and a strong background in customer service.
* Developed verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows-based PC environment and alpha and numerical data entry skills.
* Able to problem-solve and learn new technologies quickly.
