The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to work with innovative bracing and support products, including our market-leading neuro orthotics range, FIOR & GENTZ.
Working remotely
The role involves:
* developing and executing sales strategies for their assigned area
* providing clinical education
* offering exceptional customer care for Össur Bracing & Supports products
* promoting the innovative FIOR & GENTZ range
* driving growth and enhancing our market presence
Responsibilities
* Collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager to develop a targeted sales strategy that drives sales goals, market share, brand awareness, revenue, and profitability.
* Implementing effective selling and negotiation strategies to ensure territorial profitability.
* Delivering exceptional customer service to differentiate the company from competitors.
* Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, keeping them informed about changes in services and products.
* Conducting patient fittings and educating on product use and care.
* Providing essential product information to stakeholders and identifying opportunities for advanced clinical or technical training.
* Representing the company at key industry conferences, events, and functions.
* Educating team members on the competitive landscape and strategies for maintaining and growing market share.
Qualifications
You may have all or some of the following skills/experiences:
* Orthotist Prosthetist qualifications are preferred
* Sales experience combined with a background as a Health Clinician and exposure to the use of bracing would be preferred, but not essential
* Highly proficient relationship building skills
* Advanced level of customer focus with internal and external stakeholders
* Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
