The Role
This leader will work closely with the Store Manager to drive the team towards delivering business objectives and success indicators. Key responsibilities include recruiting and retaining high-performing talent, coaching and motivating staff, and ensuring operational excellence.
You will partner with the Store Manager to maintain our success as a retailer, providing positive customer and people experiences throughout our retail network.
Duties
* Provide an exceptional people experience by reinforcing our customer-centric nature.
* Lead the store team to deliver performance objectives for sales, audit, compliance, visual merchandising, wages, and safety.
* Contribute to all aspects of store operations, including managing and leading the team, opening the store, managing stock movement, and analyzing sales conversion and customer engagement measures.
Requirements
* Customer-service based management experience in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
* Demonstrated experience driving sales and operations to meet targets and metrics.
* Strong communication and team management skills.
