About You:
* Previous experience working within the residential building industry preferred
* Minimum of 1-year high volume administrative and customer service experience
* Ability to interpret construction plans
* Proficient use of Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word and Excel
* Provide exceptional customer service via telephone and face to face
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
* Strong communications skills both verbal and written
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage pre-site administration from receipt of signed building contract to job start
* Monitor lodged building approvals to ensure jobs are progressing in a timely manner
* Liaise with internal and external parties to reach workflow targets for all projects
* Ensure procedures are followed with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Provide timely updates to management and clients
