Project Leadership Expert
Our organization is seeking a skilled Project Manager to provide support to senior internal team members and act as the conduit between commercial developers/end users and their consultants and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead project programs, budgets, and quality of delivery to facilitate the best possible project outcomes.
* Act as the key client interface to ensure client objectives are met and projects are delivered on time and budget.
* Manage all aspects of the project, including internal and consultant teams, to deliver quality outputs on time.
* Assist with development of budgets, manage complex stakeholder arrangements, manage and assess tenders, co-ordinate contractors and consultants, and take ownership of projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong stakeholder management skills.
* Experience in managing builder procurement, tendering, and contract negotiations.
* Ability to act as Superintendent under relevant building contracts.
* Excellent design process management skills for architectural, structural, and services.
* Drive program, budget, and quality control to meet high standards.
* Establish and implement best-in-class delivery systems and processes.
* Build strong industry relationships with builders, consultants, and key stakeholders.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in client-side project management consultancy.
* Relevant tertiary qualification related to Construction Project Management.
* Planning and managing quality, safety, health, and environment issues on projects.
* Risk identification and management.
* Managing change control processes.
* Ensuring production of formal project progress and other reports.
