Paradise Resort Gold Coast are on the lookout for a talented and friendly Reservations Sales Agent. This is a role within our Reservations team to provide our guests with exceptional service. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic team environment and loves building rapport with our guests.
Responsibilities
Passionate about exceptional customer service
Utilising upselling techniques to drive bookings
Resolving guest complaints and concerns
Provide a prompt response to all guest enquiries and requests, communicating relevant information to other departments where necessary
Possess the ability to handle the pressure of a very busy Resort, whilst having the confidence to make decisions and prioritise tasks
Maintaining professionalism & accuracy with information during reservation
Confident, supportive & ambitious team player
Ability to work a rotating roster, weekdays, weekends and public holidays
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in customer service & sales (highly desirable)
Experience working with a property management system or booking platform
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to all guests
