what
's
the role?
As Talent Advisor, you will play a key role in creating a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
While managing operational recruitment across Bank First, you will coach and support hiring leaders to onboard the best talent. As part of a highly capable team, you will also be involved in continually improving the recruitment process, experience and systems.
As we launch SuccessFactors shortly, it will reshape how we work, enabling you to focus less on low value admin and more on strategically partnering with leaders.
In a Typical Day, You'll Get Involved In
* Engaging with stakeholders at all levels to drive recruitment outcomes in roles from entry level through to specialised and senior roles
* Contributing to the talent sourcing strategy, build talent pipelines for high volume, niche or business critical roles
* Working alongside People Partners and the People Experience Lead to continually improve the recruitment process internally and externally, and contribute to system improvements
* Implementing best practice sourcing strategies where appropriate, including head hunting, assessment centres and leveraging the EVP
* Operationally support the People & Culture team across contacts, ad hoc projects and managing the internal and external careers pages
About You
You thrive in a collaborative, supportive and fun team to deliver a seamless recruitment function across a varied role.
You'll have
* Tertiary qualifications in HR, Commerce or equivalent experience in an internal recruitment function
* An innate ability to deliver exceptional service to leaders and candidates, while being able to challenge ideas and influence on best practice
* The confidence to exercise your judgement on hiring practice and decisions to ensure appropriate business outcomes
* Strong time management skills and the ability to manage the talent pipeline, changing priorities and interdependencies
* A learning focussed mindset – the team is highly capable and more than willing to contribute to your professional development
