Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
* Ensure store operations run smoothly to help the team create seamless and memorable customer experiences.

Qualifications and Success Criteria
* Minimum 3years experience managing a large‑format retail environment, inspiring, coaching and training large teams.
* Passion for exceptional customer service and a proven ability to create memorable moments.
* Previous coaching and mentoring experience focused on team‑member development.
