Qualifications in Healthcare, Management or Finances (Not Essential).
Proven experience in managing an Aged Care facility, with strong operational and leadership capabilities.In-depth knowledge of aged care standards, AN-ACC funding, and regulatory complianceA strategic, results-oriented mindset with the ability to lead and influence changePassionate about aged care, quality service delivery, and team development.
