o CHECK IN OUR GUESTS AND ENSURE ALL DOCUMENTATION IS CORRECT
o REBOOK FLIGHTS AND PROVIDE SUPPORT DURING FLIGHT DISRUPTIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
o ASSIST UNACCOMPANIED KIDS AND GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES TO HAVE A SEAMLESS EXPERIENCE
o HELPEXECUTE SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR OUR GUESTS
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must:

* Have at least 3 years of previous employment in part-time or full-time hours in roles that focus on caring for people/customers
* Be comfortable working in a high-pressure environment
* Have transport to and from the airport, even at hours when public transport is not operating
* Be willing to work a rotating shift roster, including early starts, late finishes, weekends, public holidays, and peak periods
* Be comfortable being around cats and dogs who may travel with us from time to time
