If you’re passionate about being part of a safe and connected organisation and looking for a rewarding career in mental health, apply today About the Role Join the Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) TQEH Mental Health Rehabilitation Service (MHRS) as an AHP2 Social Worker, you will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with inpatient, community, and rehabilitation services to enhance consumer access and support positive outcomes. You will deliver specialised psychosocial assessments, rehabilitation planning, and evidence-based interventions to improve clinical outcomes, promote social inclusion, and empower consumers in their recovery journey. Your role will be vital in improving psychosocial functioning and helping consumers develop independence and achieve their goals. About You To succeed in this role, you will have: An appropriate degree or equivalent qualification, providing eligibility for full membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers. Strong experience working with consumers facing serious mental illness and complex psychosocial needs and demonstrated ability to engage with these consumers to develop and implement effective care plans. Proven skills in conducting evidence-based assessments, biopsychosocial evaluations, and interventions, with the ability to assess outcomes and adjust care accordingly. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling you to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and effectively liaise with consumers, carers, and external services.
