We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Lead Team Member - Customer Experience Specialist.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and leading by example. As a Lead Team Member, you will be responsible for supervising and guiding colleagues to ensure that they are providing the highest level of service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and delegate tasks to colleagues to ensure timely completion of duties
">
* Promote a welcoming team environment and lead by example in terms of customer service standards
">
* Assist with training and development programs to enhance colleague skills and knowledge
">
* Maintain accurate records of stock and wastage and assist with ordering and banking
">
* Actively participate in food preparation and maintain compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety policies

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry
">
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire colleagues

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
">
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and leading by example
">
* Basic numeracy and literacy skills, with the ability to accurately record and manage data
