About the role:
The purpose of the Showroom Sales Representative is to ensure a strong relationship is built and maintained with all specifiers within the area & ultimately delivering on revenue targets as set by the business from the specifications acquired.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall relationship building, specification and education of all Multiform products to all specifiers
Manage specification's through from initial specification stage to sale completion
Ensure revenue and GP target is met as set by the business
Contributing a large portion to the sales within the showroom
Maintaining the showroom and ensuring it is in a suitable condition
Providing hospitality to clients within the showroom
Optimistic & enthusiastic. Welcoming of change to allow the company to evolve & grow. Excellent at managing transition while exhibiting flexibility & patience.
Builds constructive & effective relationships throughout the organization. Works in collaboration with others, displaying commitment to a common goal
Encouraging & supporting of others, allowing them to evolve professionally
Able to demonstrate an enthusiastic and committed attitude to work & life in general. Demonstrates a capacity for sustained effort & hard work over long time periods
Optimistic & enthusiastic. Welcoming of change to allow the company to evolve & grow. Excellent at managing transition while exhibiting flexibility & patience
Develop a genuine interest in the business & a strong connection to the company and its values. Bring positive energy to the workplace

Must be available for Saturday work
