Job Details

Annual Salary: $106,421 - $120,256 per annum + Superannuation

Location: Osborne Park, Western Australia, Australia


Responsibilities

* Contribute to the development and support of back-end systems.
* Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and design robust, scalable technical solutions for internal stakeholders.
* Operate in an agile environment and collaborate with team members to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
* Participate in on-call support within the team as required.
* Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.


Qualifications

* At least 4 years demonstrated experience in a similar development role.
* Strong experience in designing, coding, and testing C# services and applications across a range of .Net versions.
* Strong experience in understanding database concepts and developing PL/SQL database queries.
* Understanding of software application analysis, design, development, and deployment using languages such as C#, ASP.Net, Python, JavaScript and/or YAML.
* Demonstrated experience in Cloud technologies and concepts specifically Serverless, SaaS, PaaS and IaaS in AWS, Azure, or other public cloud.
* Knowledge of AWS and hands-on experience with services including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, IAM, CloudFormation, etc.
* Ability to optimise AWS resource usage to minimise costs.
* Experience designing systems for highly available, scalable, and high-performance cloud offerings.
* Analytical, structured, and innovative problem-solving approach.
* Ability to document, educate, and communicate processes across multiple stakeholders and teams.
* Commitment to understanding the needs of Platform customers and delivering efficient solutions.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with other development squads and provide guidance.
* Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
* Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
* Willing to participate in on-call support within the team as required.
* Excellent attention to detail and Agile knowledge/experience.


Nice-to-have

* AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer
* Azure development experience
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools
